Where: Core → My Interviews.
From here you see scheduled interviews (by job, date, or candidate). You can:
- Schedule an interview — Pick a candidate, choose a time (or send a self-scheduling link so they pick), and add interviewers. If Zoom is connected, you can create a video meeting link in one click.
- Run the interview — Open the interview and join the Zoom (or other) link. Afterward, fill out a scorecard so feedback is stored on the candidate profile.
- Send reminders — So candidates and interviewers get an email before the meeting. Configure under Productivity → Automation → Interview Reminders; see Interview Reminders.
Interview letters (invites) and thank-you emails use your interview letter and thank-you letter templates from Productivity → Communication or Settings → Tools → Templates.
