Where: Productivity → Automation (or Account → Settings → Tools → Automation, depending on your app layout).
Automations run when something happens—e.g. a candidate applies, moves to a stage, or is shortlisted. You configure triggers (when) and actions (what to do).
What you can set up
- Stage triggers — When a candidate moves to a given stage (e.g. "Interview"), send an email (e.g. interview invite using your interview letter template), assign a task to a recruiter, or send a notification. Available on Growth+ plans.
- New application — When someone applies, send a confirmation email, assign a review task, or notify the team.
- Batch Auto Reject — Automatically reject applicants who don’t meet criteria (score, keywords, etc.) and optionally send a rejection email. Configure in Productivity → Automation → Batch Auto Reject; see Batch Auto Reject.
- Interview Reminders — Send reminders to candidates and interviewers before an interview. Configure under the same Automation area; see Interview Reminders.
- Notifications — Control who gets in-app or email notifications for events (new application, interview scheduled, etc.). See Notifications.
Use Email Templates and letter templates (rejection, interview, thank-you) so automated messages stay consistent.
