Reports here show where candidates come from (job boards, referrals, etc.), time-to-hire, pipeline movement, and team activity. Use the filters (date range, job, department) to narrow the view. Export or share if your plan supports it.

For where your jobs are posted and how they perform per board, use Insights → Job Boards instead. Job Boards
