Where: Productivity → Automation → Batch Auto Reject. Applicants who match rules you define are moved to Rejected and can get an automatic rejection email.
Setting up
- Open Batch Auto Reject under Automation.
- Define criteria (e.g. fit score below a number, missing keyword in resume, failing a screening question). You can combine conditions.
- Choose a Rejection Letters template so the message is consistent; otherwise they're still rejected but may not get an email.
- Save. Rules apply to new applications. Tip: start with one or two clear rules and check the rejected list to avoid false positives.
