Where: ProductivityAutomationBatch Auto Reject. Applicants who match rules you define are moved to Rejected and can get an automatic rejection email.

Setting up

  1. Open Batch Auto Reject under Automation.
  2. Define criteria (e.g. fit score below a number, missing keyword in resume, failing a screening question). You can combine conditions.
  • Choose a Rejection Letters template so the message is consistent; otherwise they're still rejected but may not get an email.
  • Save. Rules apply to new applications. Tip: start with one or two clear rules and check the rejected list to avoid false positives.
